SVG, DWG or DXF?
Choose your people format.
Start with your drawing workflow. All three formats describe editable vector geometry, but your software determines which file you can open and how it is placed.

Using the free DWG and SVG people
SVG files contain editable paths with white fills and transparent backgrounds. Open or import the file in an SVG-capable vector editor, then adjust its size and appearance to match your presentation. SVG is a vector illustration format; a free DWG and SVG download is not a native DWG block.

The 80 free figures include native DWG files. Premium packs include DWG, DXF and SVG for every figure. Open or import the CAD file using the options supported by your application. Check the drawing units and measure a known dimension before placing it in a project; converting between formats does not automatically guarantee a correct scale.
Check units, pose height and insertion point
The premium CAD files use metres. The insertion point is at the ground or pose support, and the recorded pose height includes objects and accessories. A seated pose’s total height is different from a standing person’s height. Use the figure information and a measured dimension to verify the result in your drawing.
Elevation drawings, rather than plan symbols
This collection shows people in 2D elevation. Choose a front or side view for architectural sections and elevations. These files are not top-view people symbols, 3D human models or technical accessibility clearance drawings.
What do the premium packs include?
